12-3 Only way is to Sell

Looks like there will be no retracement even shallow one. If There is a retracement to 1.3150 I would like to establish fresh new sell position there, target is 1.2950, anyway there is nothing else in my mind but to search for new sell position. I always like retracements for entering.
